Our Technicians are fully licensed and have product knowledge to assist customers with any question they may have.

Guarantee

Extreme Temperatures Inc. provide its customers with satisfaction guarantee for one full year on any product installed. Also they will retain one year manufacturer warranty or extended warranty through company that they purchased their merchandise from. We assist customers with any questions they may have regarding appliance specifications and cutouts. We provide free over the phone or in home estimates. Extreme Temperatures can coordinate an entire process for you, from delivery to setup, installation and clean up.

Operations

Extreme Temperatures Inc. provide customers with minimal price list, any additional work is extra. The appliance sales reps will make the initial approach with recommending installation as a complete package offer. The motive is, customers selects their appliances, and the sales staff sets up a delivery date and schedule an installation date. It's one stop shopping for a customer. We assist customers with any questions in regards to cost for custom work to be performed. After purchase of sale we follow up installations calling customers to confirm their appointments, The method of payment for installations can be paid by check or credit card on the day of installation, or in store with the purchase of sale. If customer decides to pay in store all in one invoice (provided we have business relation with company your buying your merchandise from), any additional work is billed on the day of installation.
